Shorten and Customize Lengthy URL

If we find some interesting information in any website, we will be sharing it with our friends. Instead of sending the lengthy URL, it would nice to shorten the URL and personalize it by adding some meaningful words. Here is an online tool known as CowURL, which will Shorten URL and at the same time personalize it.

All you have to do is copy paste the lengthy web URL and click on ‘Make Short’ button, the lengthy URL will be shortened within a second.

You can also customize the shortened URL by adding words of your choice. To do this you will have to click on ‘Personalize it’ button instead of ‘Make Short’ button. The Shortened URL can then be used in blogs, forums, chat room, email, twitter etc.
