New Apple iPod with Multi Touch Screen
Apple unveils second generation iPod touch which features Apple’s revolutionary Multi-Touch™ user interface, thin metal enclosure, integrated volume control buttons, and a 3.5 inch widescreen display.
The new iPod touch is said to be the closest cousin of Apple iPhone because the iPod touch users can choose hundreds of exciting games like “Spore Origins”, “Scrabble” and “Real Football 2009” available on iTunes or App Store.

“iPod touch is the funnest iPod we’ve ever created,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “Users can listen to millions of songs, watch thousands of Hollywood movies and now, thanks to the App Store, download and play hundreds of great games on their iPod touch.”
The features include advanced sensors, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi wireless networking, a built-in speaker, and a built-in accelerometer.

The iPod switches to cover flow when rotated and when shaken switches to shuffle mode with this new built-in accelerometer.
