Acer Unveils Aspire 2920 Ultra-Portable Notebook

Acer has launched Aspire 2920 Ultra-Portable Notebook in India. The 12.1″ Acer Aspire 2920 is from the Gemstone series, featuring jewel-like styling, with a ceramic-finish pearl-grey interior along with a Holographic satin-finish cover and is aimed at the contemporary working woman. The notebook is available in major cities across the country with the Linux priced at Rs 37,115 and the Vista Home Premium OS for Rs 40,615.

The notebook is powered by Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, supporting Mobile Intel GM965 Express chipset and Intel Wireless WiFi Link network solution. It has a 12.1-inches WXGA CrystalBrite TFT LCD display, 160GB HDD, and 2GB DDR2 RAM. The battery life is up to 3.5 hours. With Acer’s ePowerManagement, users can choose optimum settings to extend battery time.

Additionally, the Acer SignalUp and Acer GridVista technologies have been incorporated into this notebook for more reliable wireless connectivity as well as optimized feature driven display management.
