Acer Announces Aspire L5100 and Aspire L3600 Ultra-Mini Desktops

Acer’s new ultra-small form factor desktops have arrived in the Indian market. The new Acer Aspire L5100 and Acer Aspire L3600 come with a massive dose of high processing power. The new sleek, steel black ultra small form factors are 1/10th the size & 1/4th the Weight of a conventional tower desktop and comes with rich multimedia features, a 19” TFT Display and a new designed keyboard with real multimedia geared for impressive looks and performance

The Acer Aspire L3600 is powered by Intel® Pentium™ Dual-Core Processor E2140 (1.6 GHz) for high computing power and Acer Aspire L5100 is powered by AMD Athlon64 X2 4000+ (2.1 GHz) processor. The systems are equipped with a system memory of 1 GB DDR2 RAM and 160 GB SATA Hard Disk Drive @ 7200 RPM. Both come with Linux installed, and come with a 16x DVD-R/W Super-Multi Drive.

The desktops both support Multimedia Card (MMC), Secure Digital (SD), xD-Picture Card (xD), Memory Stick PRO (MS PRO), and Memory Stick (MS). They are available at all of Acer’s registered retail and channel outlets. Together with an optical mouse and USB 2.0 speakers, the Aspire L3600 retails at Rs 26,999, and the Aspire L5100 at Rs 24,999.
